Mr. Sam In: PM Hun Sen's Heart is Like the Ocean

Phnom Penh: Mr. Sam In, after being welcomed by President CPP as a member of the People's Party and planning to be appointed Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment, posted a message stating that "President Hun Sen has the heart like the ocean."

Mr. Sam In wrote on his Facebook page on the evening of April 2 that he was pleased to have the opportunity and was ready to help the Ministry of Environment with all his physical and strength.

He thanked CPP President and the Minister of Environment for providing opportunities and support for his proposal.

"I understand that Prime Minister Hun Sen's is like the ocean that water can flow in from all directions and does not damage the quality of the sea," he wrote.

It should be noted that the President of the Cambodian People's Party, Hun Sen, on the evening of April 2, welcomed Dr. Sam In to join the CPP. This welcome is after Mr. Sam In sent a letter requesting to join with the CPP on the evening of April 2, 2023.

Before to joining the CPP, Sam In served as chairman of the (acting) board of directors and a member of the Grassroots Democratic Party.
